It is impossible for us to get enough dietary fiber from the food, and we should supplement the water soluble dietary fiber preparation.

The lack of cellulose can lead to excess nutrition, obesity, and daily intake of dietary fiber can prevent excessive energy intake, obesity prevention, reducing waist and abdomen, paiduyangyan. So the use of dietary fiber can accelerate the process of weight loss, effective to help fast weight loss.
