The shareholding system was reformed and renamed as "Yantai Jincheng Food Co., LTD.", and the most advanced drying molding production line of vermicelli was introduced from Taiwan, which was the first in China to transform of Longkou Vermicelli production from traditional manual workshop to modernized and industrialized scale.
Shandong Zhaoyuan Foodstuff Co., LTD was so successful that they needed more product capacity to satisfy the demand that they needed to move into a larger facility and changed the name to Shandong Zhaoyuan Foodstuff Co., LTD. This allowed them to grow the business and expand into three new markets across Shandong.

Mr. Wang moved into his first manufacturing facility, dedicated to making Longkou Vermicelli in the traditional Chinese style. The company, Shandong Zhaoyuan Food Company, started with 5 employees, Mr. Wang and his family.
Mr. Wang loved bean thread noodles as a boy growing up in the Zhaoyuan area. When he grew up, he found a way to start producing noodles for local restaurants. The product was so popular that he began making it for stores and restaurants.
