Shandong Jianyuan Food Co., LTD., a joint venture, has been established to introduce advanced production lines and precision instruments and equipment for vermicelli. The production environment has been closed, sanitary and standardized, reaching the qualified standards of export enterprises.

The introduction of food grade pea protein, dietary fiber, starch production line, became the world's first production of pea protein using biological fermentation processing, in China it was the first to introduce the pea processing production technology using bio fermentation process.

The shareholding system was reformed and renamed as "Yantai Jincheng Food Co., LTD.", and the most advanced drying molding production line of vermicelli was introduced from Taiwan, which was the first in China to transform of Longkou Vermicelli production from traditional manual workshop to modernized and industrialized scale.
