Since beginning production in 2007, JIANYUAN has used the finest non-GM, yellow peas from North America. In a tireless effort to produce the highest quality pea protein, fiber and starch, JIANYUAN continually works to perfect its process utilizing the latest techniques and equipment. In 2009, JIANYUAN was the first to export pea protein outside of China into European and American markets. With larger markets came greater demand and a greater understanding of customer needs and preferences driving JIANYUAN to cutting edge technology. After a decade of mastering pulse fractionization production, JIANYUAN launched an ambitious plan to dramatically expand capacity in building a new state-of-the-art facility. In 2020, this new facility has come online and realizing some of the highest quality product produced in the world.
