The British Retail Consortium (BRC) is an important international trade association, whose members include large multinational retail chains, department stores, town stores, online stores and other retailers, covering a wide range of products. In 1998, in response to industry needs, the BRC Food Technical Standard was established by the BRC to assess the safety of retailers' own-brand Food. At present, it has become an internationally recognized food standard, which can be used not only to evaluate retailers' suppliers, but also to establish their own supplier evaluation system and brand product production standards.

The FDA is short for the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA also sometimes represents the FDA of the United States, namely the food and drug administration of the United States. The FDA is the international medical audit authority authorized by the United States congress, namely the federal government, as the highest law enforcement agency specializing in food and drug administration. It is a government health control monitoring body composed of doctors, lawyers, microbiologists, pharmacologists, chemists, statisticians and other professionals dedicated to protecting, promoting and improving the health of the nation. Many other countries promote and monitor the safety of their own products by seeking and receiving FDA help.

HACCP is a scientific, reasonable and systematic method to ensure the safety of food in the production, processing, manufacturing, preparation and consumption of food. But it does not represent an unacceptable threat to health. Identify possible links in the food production process and take appropriate control measures to prevent the occurrence of hazards. By monitoring and controlling every step of the process, the probability of damage is reduced.

Halal food certification (international Halal certification)

 It is the basis for organizations (enterprises) to establish occupational health and safety management system, as well as the main basis for enterprises to conduct internal audit and certification bodies to implement certification audit. It is another hot spot after the implementation of ISO9001 and ISO14001 international standards.
